PRIVACY

When you submit a custom doll request, we receive the details you enter in the form — including your email address and any reference material you describe — solely so we can review your request and reply to you.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Payment is handled by the payment provider you choose (NOWPayments or Stripe); we never see or store your card or wallet details.

You can ask us to delete your request and contact details at any time by emailing requests@sapiensdolls.com.
